QUALIFICATION
1. Must be a local person
2. Aged 30 – 35 years
3. Must be a form 4 with D+ and above
4. Should have a diploma in social work, community health or early childhood education
5. Must be a committed, self motivated, and should be of high moral standards
6. Ready to work under hard condition and long hours
7. Should be able to work under minimal supervision
8. Computer proficiency in data base is an added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful person will be expected to:

1. Keep records of all home based care children
2. conduct home visit to OVC households to assess welfare of OVC children
3. collect and keep academic performance records of OVC children in Various schools and make regular follow up
4. conduct quarterly medical examination assessments of OVC
5. make quarterly updates of OVC data
6. distribute food ration to guardians of OVCs on monthly basis
7. any other duties assigned by CIPAD
